Paul A. Randolph, Acting U.S. Trustee for Region 8, and Nick Foster, Assistant U.S. Trustee, have the pleasure of announcing Elisabeth Donnovin has been appointed to serve as a Subchapter V Trustee for the Eastern District of Tennessee effective March 27, 2025.  Ms. Donnovin is an attorney with Johnson & Mulroony, P.C., a Chattanooga, Tennessee law firm that specializes in bankruptcy, commercial, and real estate law.  Ms. Donnovin received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  She previously practiced with Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving home to Chattanooga and practicing with Miller & Martin.  Since 2017, Ms. Donnovin has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
